Every Stoked Plunge Pool is built with an integrated structural base, supported by timber beams beneath the pool. This creates a self-supporting design that is carefully placed onto a solid, level surface, eliminating the need for a dedicated concrete slab in many situations.

The Electric Pool operates on a 15-amp household outlet. Its external plinth houses the pump, controller, Wi-Fi and heat pump. Talk to our team about the installation requirements for your site.

Yes. The reverse-cycle Dual-Core heat pump heats and cools the water, with a temperature range of 5–41°C.

The 4.5m x 2m Electric Pool seats up to 10 people, with an activity zone for extra capacity.

The external plinth includes the pump, Wi-Fi, controller and heat pump. The control panel is located on the pool and can be relocated to the external plinth.

We do not recommend chlorine or bromine to be used with any of our products. Stainless can only handle chlorine concentration of up to 5 parts per million (ppm). It is equally important to stay within the parameters for PH, Alkalinity and water hardness. If one of these parameters is out of balance, it can cause discolouration on the stainless, which left neglected can lead to rust. For a chlorine option, it is very important to stay within the parameters of the test strip.
*Damage caused due to over Chlorination will void the Stoked structural warranty.

Essential Aquaspa Products
You only need four essential products from the Aquaspa range:

• Spa Sanitiser (regular and ongoing sanitising)
• Spa Shock (fast clean and refresh treatment)
• Instant Filter Klenz (for cleaning filter cartridges)
• Chlorine Remover (required if chlorine is present in the incoming water source)

Start Up
Please add chlorine remover first and wait the recommended time before starting the AQUASPA treatment

When adding AQUASPA to the water:

• Always ensure the pump is running.
• Leave the cover off for 30 minutes after adding AQUASPA.
• Add products at 30-minute intervals.
• Always add AQUASPA to water, never water to AQUASPA.
• Never use AQUASPA in a spa that contains chlorine.

500 Litres = 30ml
1,000 Litres = 60ml
2,000 Litres = 120ml

AQUASPA™ Spa Shock Dosage
500 Litres = 10g
1,000 Litres = 20g
2,000 Litres = 40g

Dosage Guide:
10 grams = One rounded teaspoon
30 grams = One tablespoon

Normal Ongoing Use

Add Spa Sanitiser and Spa Shock weekly or fortnightly, depending on spa usage and water quality.

Filters
No matter which water treatment option you choose, clean filters are essential for maintaining water quality.

We recommend:

• Cleaning or changing filters fortnightly.
• Keeping a spare filter on hand so you can rotate them as needed.
• Regularly inspecting filters for signs of wear or build-up.

AQUASPA™ Instant Filter Klenz
Spray onto the filter, leave for approximately 15 minutes, then thoroughly hose off before reinstalling.

Water Testing & Water Balance
It is important to maintain proper water balance and remain within recommended parameters for:

• PH
• Alkalinity
• Water Hardness

If any of these levels become unbalanced, discolouration of the stainless steel can occur.

Where chlorine-based products are used, 316L marine-grade stainless steel can tolerate chlorine concentrations of up to 5 parts per million (ppm). Maintaining balanced water chemistry helps protect your spa and maximise its lifespan.

The Stoked Ltd stainless-steel inner (barrel) and structure is covered by a 50 year warranty. The manufacturer guarantees this warranty for 50 years from the date of delivery, protecting against failures in structure resulting from faulty workmanship or materials. This warranty is valid provided that the installation, use, and maintenance are carried out according to our normal practice recommendations.

We take pride in the quality of our design, workmanship, and products. We expect them to provide a lifetime of enjoyment. Additionally, all other components are covered by a 2 year manufacturer's warranty for parts and labor against defects and failures when used in accordance with our recommendations for normal practice.

Cedar exhibits natural variations in colors, grains, and textures. As it interacts with the environment, it may develop splits and cracks. Please note that these are not considered faults or flaws and will not compromise the construction of any Stoked Ltd product.

We recommend applying oil to your cedar at least once a year, taking into account the dryness of the environment. For instance, in Central Otago, we suggest oiling twice a year (every six months).

Any pool or bath holding 400mm or more of water comes under the Building Code, and requirements vary by product and property. Your Pool comes with a full lockable safety cover. Check the detail with your local council before you buy, or see building.govt.nz/poolsafety.
