As soon as your order is in the system, our team will begin work on your tub and keep track of progress through the Stoked Assist™ process. Our end to end approach means there’s always a real human looking after your tub as it makes its way to your place.
4. Build
Our tubs are handmade and you’ll be notified of current lead times
5. Deliver
We’ll liaise closely with you around how and where you’d like your tub to be delivered.
6. Install
Positioning our tubs is simple, but if you require assistance, simply give us a call

After your first soak, we're just a phone call away if needed. If you have any questions or require assistance, our tech support team are always here to help. In the unlikely event of a problem with the Stainless Steel components of your tub, our 50 year warranty will keep you covered.
